Privacy Policy – Phoremin

Phoremin is a phone-tilt theremin application. All audio synthesis is performed locally on your device. The app does not collect, store, or share your personal data.

2. Data We Access

Phoremin reads motion and orientation sensor data.

Phoremin reads your device's motion and orientation sensors (rotation vector and linear acceleration) to control pitch, filter cutoff, and vibrato in real time while you play. These sensor readings are processed entirely in memory and are never recorded, saved, or transmitted. Phoremin does not require microphone access, camera access, location, contacts, storage, or any other device permissions.

3. Data Collection, Storage, and Sharing

We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Specifically:

• No user accounts are created or required.
• No usage data or analytics are recorded.
• No sensor data (motion or orientation) is stored or logged.
• No data is transmitted to any server.
• No information is sold or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Phoremin does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries. The app operates entirely offline and makes no network requests.

5. Children's Privacy

Phoremin is not directed at children under the age of 13. As we do not collect any personal information from users of any age, no data from minors is collected, stored, or shared.

6. Data Security

Because Phoremin processes everything locally and makes no network connections, there is no server-side exposure risk. The security of your device remains your responsibility.
